With over 14 years experience as a public health leader, a Masters of Public Health, and a National Board-Certified Health and Wellness Coach, Mercedes is established as a professional authority in the field. 

 

Her work is grounded in Radical Wellness, a multifaceted approach to health that values culture and social impact. She designs health solutions to empower clients to take small sustainable steps toward favorable and transformative behavior change while expressing the most authentic versions of themselves.
